Job summary

Cook Solutions Group is hiring a Full-Time Security Service Technician in the Bend, OR area. The role focuses on installing, wiring, and servicing electronic and physical security systems, with travel to client sites as needed.

Strong communication, customer service, and time management are essential to meet safety and quality standards. The position requires 2-5 years of experience and a valid driver’s license, with opportunities to cross-train for ATM service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-5 years of electronic and physical security service and installation experience or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Knowledge of security equipment such as alarm systems, access control, video, CCTV systems, drive up systems, and teller equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of Bosch, DMP, March DVR, 3VR, and Lenel Access control product lines preferred.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travels to client sites for alarm failure troubleshooting and repair; travel up to a week when necessary.
• Installs and services electronic and physical security products, pulling wire as needed.
• Installs and wires electronic equipment used in systems.
• Maintains and inventories all installation and service tools and job parts.
• Tests all installed equipment to ensure proper performance and compliance with codes.
• Troubleshoots and repairs electronic and physical security equipment.
• Communicates project status to management and customers as needed.
