Job summary

BCM Controls Corporation is looking for a service professional in Massachusetts to troubleshoot, repair and maintain access control, IP video CCTV, intrusion detection, and PC-based systems. You will document service work, site notes, and backups while building trust with customers.

Required: 2–4 years’ experience with commercial Access/IP Video/CCTV gear and a clean driving license; preferred familiarity with Genetec, Lenel, Milestone, DSX, Exacq and related platforms.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience with commercial Access/IP Video/CCTV equipment.
• Preferred experience with Genetec, Lenel, S2, Milestone, Software House, Exacq, DSX, Schneider Electric.
• D-License preferred.
• Driver's License in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Use your skills to perform equipment troubleshooting, repair and preventative maintenance for access control, IP Video Surveillance/CCTV, intrusion detection and PC based systems
• Maintain documentation of services provided as well as site back-ups and documentation
• Build customer confidence by resolving concerns/answering questions
• Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership of new and different requests

Salary Range: $90K - $110K+ based on experience
