What You’ll Do:

Install, configure, and commission access control, CCTV, intercom, and integrated security systems. Work with leading platforms including Genetec, S2/Lenel, Software House, Exacq, Milestone, Gallagher, DSX, Bosch, and more. Install associated hardware, wiring, conduit, and electronic locking hardware. Represent BCM on job sites, attend coordination meetings, and maintain quality standards. Create and manage installation punch lists, document work performed, and complete thorough project handoffs to the service team. Collaborate with project managers, customers, and colleagues to ensure smooth installations. Support project change requests and change orders as needed.

Who you are:

• 3-5 years low voltage experience
• 2+ years installing access control & CCTV systems
• Massachusetts D License (or in process)
• Rhode Island low voltage license a plus
• Proficiency with IP video and electronic access control systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver’s license in good standing

Reports to Installation Manager | Salary Range: $40.00 to $50.00+ per hour, dependent on experience
