Job summary

Johnson Controls International plc. is seeking a Service Technician in Appleton, WI to troubleshoot and service security systems including burglar alarms, fire alarms, CCTV, and access control.

You will work independently using provided tools to diagnose and repair equipment. Responsibilities include locating faults, readjusting/repairing equipment, coordinating inspections with authorities, and delivering quotes.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience installing and inspecting/repairing fire or burglar alarms.
• Experience with Card Access, CCTV, IP cameras.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Electrical/Electronic background.

Job Description

A Johnson Controls Service Technician is a troubleshooter and service expert responsible for maintaining and repairing security systems including burglar alarms, fire alarms, CCTV, card access, and other equipment. The technician works independently from a remote location using provided tools and equipment.

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $23.07 - $31.73 (determined by experience, education, skills, and market data).
