A Johnson Controls Security Technician is a troubleshooter and service expert who possesses knowledge and experience with intrusion, IP CCTV, access control and fire alarm systems from multiple manufacturers. You will use strong verbal communication skills to identify customer needs, inform them of next steps and processes, and repair the system to return full functionality. You will inspect the systems to ensure proper operation and provide written or digital reports to customers and company as required. Your goal is to deliver the highest level of service, solving building inefficiencies and resolving service‑related items, acting as a trusted advisor to customers and delivering solutions at the time of service.
$24‑33 per hour, based on education, experience, knowledge, skills, and alignment with market data. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
