Job description

GENERAL SUMMARY : To maintain activities that safeguard company assets, employees, guests, or others on company property.

This position will require working on weekends when scheduled.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates
2. Gathering Information
3. Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships
4. Making Decisions and Solving Problems
5. Resolving Conflicts and Negotiating with Others
6. Following organizational security activities
7. Implementing organizational process or policy changes
8. Preparing reports related to security matters
9. Possessing and maintaining a valid state-issued driver’s license
10. Working for extended periods in various weather conditions
11. Adhering to all safety requirements
12. Supporting company IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 policies, procedures, and work instructions
13. Working within a team environment
14. Working overtime as required
15. Performing other duties as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES / EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military background of at least 2 years, or equivalent experience, along with a High School Diploma / GED
• Ability to communicate effectively with others
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Highly motivated, service-oriented, and team-focused with attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
