Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• As a condition of employment, background check and drug screening may be required.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security procedures and access-control policies.
• Screen employees, visitors, contractors, packages, and deliveries; verify identification and direct individuals to check-in locations.
• Monitor entry points and screening equipment; report unusual activity to site leadership and supervision.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and according to procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols; document observations and activities in required reports.
