Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Screening Representative in Kansas City, KS. You will screen employees, visitors, and deliveries, maintain access control, and report irregularities while providing excellent customer service.

This full-time position requires complying with site procedures and safety protocols. The role involves patrolling screening areas, responding to incidents, and supporting emergency procedures.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and access-screening protocols.
• Screen individuals, visitor credentials, packages, and deliveries in accordance with established procedures; document and report irregularities to appropriate site contacts.
• Monitor entry points and access-control activity, helping to deter unauthorized access while maintaining a professional and courteous presence.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; follow emergency response procedures and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned screening areas, entrances, and surrounding perimeter; complete required activity logs and incident reports.
