Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required under federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider applicants with criminal histories per applicable laws.
• A drug screen is required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and deliveries at the location.
• Screen visitors, vendors, contractors, and deliveries per access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry points and screening equipment, report concerns to leaders.
• Respond to incidents calmly following escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols to deter unauthorized access and identify security concerns.
