Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site‑specific security procedures and access‑control policies.
Screen employees, visitors, contractors, packages, and deliveries; verify identification and direct to check‑in locations.
Monitor entry points and screening equipment; report prohibited items and unusual activity to site leadership.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following escalation and communication procedures.
Conduct regular patrols of screening areas and document observations in required reports.
