Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old (21+ for armed roles).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal/state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Screen personnel, visitors, packages, and deliveries in accordance with access-control requirements; verify credentials and direct individuals to appropriate check-in processes.
• Operate screening equipment and follow established procedures for prohibited items, suspicious packages, and access concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned screening areas, entry points, and surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
