Qualifications

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation in line with laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories.
• Subject to a drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Screen individuals, bags, packages, and other items in accordance with procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor authorization, and delivery documentation before entry as directed by site policies.
• Respond to incidents and access concerns calmly, escalating as needed.
• Maintain accurate screening and incident documentation and report observations to leadership.
