Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and guests while enforcing site policies.
• Screen visitors, contractors, deliveries by verifying identification and credentials.
• Monitor entry points, visitor activity, and access-control systems; report concerns.
• Respond to incidents calmly following emergency procedures when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs and incident reports.
