Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Screening Specialist to join our Gluckstadt, MS team. You will support clients by monitoring access points, screening personnel and visitors, and reporting unusual activity, while delivering friendly, professional customer service.

You will perform site-specific procedures, respond to incidents calmly, conduct regular patrols, and work with a caring, agile team that values integrity and safety across diverse client sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds and alarm panel experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and efficiently.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
