Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and deliveries by carrying out site-specific security procedures.
• Screen individuals, packages, deliveries, and belongings according to access-control procedures.
• Verify identification and direct authorized visitors/contractors to check-in areas.
• Monitor entry points and reporting of suspicious activity or policy violations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies following established procedures.
