Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, patients, staff, and financial institution clients by carrying out site-specific screening procedures and emergency response activities.
• Screen individuals and belongings entering designated areas in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain accurate access and screening-related records, including visitor information and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and follow escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned screening areas, entry points, and surrounding perimeter.
