Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing all aspects of provisioning and access control management for all individuals accessing client facilities. Ensures proper authorization and secure entry into buildings.

Job Duties:

• Manage daily site operations, including scheduling assignments and overseeing employee performance.
• Train new employees and ensure compliance with dress code and workplace standards.
• Access Control & Screening, including inspection of identifications, vehicle decals, and screening visitors, couriers, and contractors before entry.
• Conduct random security inspections, including body scans, bag checks, and ETD (Explosive Trace Detection) screenings.
• Patrol premises, respond to security-related inquiries, and document concerns from tenants, employees, and the public.
• Prepare clear and concise reports on security incidents and daily activities.
• Report security incidents and document criminal or suspicious activities, notifying management of incidents and emergencies.
• Respond to building emergency alarms, including fire, elevator entrapments, and intercom alerts.
• Manage communication via radios and other security-related equipment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, aligned with the skills and experience required for this role.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience (supervisory preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Must be able to obtain credentials, as required, per airport, state, or customs requirements.
• Knowledge of security principles and practices preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to frequently lift greater than 70 lbs and constantly lift up to 70 lbs; constantly push, pull up to 70 lbs; and constantly walk, stand for long periods, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, and bend.

Working Conditions:

• Must be able to work in rotating shifts and hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Must be able and open to work in outside weather conditions, which may include severe seasonal elements.
