Position Overview: We are looking to hire a Sales Manager for our Pool Service Division. The person for this job will be an empathetic “people person,” while still possessing the ability to follow up and close deals quickly. Naturally growth oriented, this person will always be proactive about looking for sales opportunities. The position is customer-facing, with lots of interaction with people. We offer the training and mentorship needed to excel at this position, so little industry experience is necessary, but an attitude and desire to learn is imperative. We have a great company culture with little turnover.

Compensation and Benefits:

  1. $50,000 per year salary
  2. 5% of sales with lots of opportunities
  3. Total compensation projected up to $100,000

  1. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; driving record will need to be acceptable to our insurance company, which generally requires less than 6 points within the past 5 years with no major offenses (DUI, reckless/negligent driving, hit & run, etc.)
  2. Must pass a criminal background check.
  3. No illegal drug use (must be able to pass a drug test and be subject to random drug testing).
  4. Reasonable proximity to business territory.
