You will screen people and property, monitor access points, and report security concerns while delivering professional customer service.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma, background check, and drug screen; shifts include afternoons into evenings, with potential physical demands such as lifting up to 20 pounds.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Loss prevention experience preferred.
• Able to lift more than 20 pounds.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• State/local licensing rules may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and delivery personnel.
• Screen personnel, visitors, packages, and property entering or leaving the facility.
• Monitor screening equipment and access points; report suspicious activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies per procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols and document observations and reports.
