Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by following site procedures and screening protocols.
• Screen personnel, visitors, packages, and shipments per site requirements.
• Operate screening equipment and conduct visual inspections for prohibited items.
• Respond to incidents calmly and report security concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate screening logs and incident documentation.
