Job summary

Allied Universal in Greenville, SC is seeking a Security Officer (Full Time Screening) to protect clients across Logistics & Distribution locations. You will screen personnel, visitors and materials, maintain access logs, and respond to incidents while delivering excellent customer service.

Position type: Full Time. Pay rate: $15.24 per hour. Schedule includes evening shifts: Tue–Fri 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, with varying days. Allied Universal supports growth, benefits, and a culture of integrity.

Qualifications

• As a Security Officer, you must meet minimum requirements and pass background checks.
• Provide customer service and follow site procedures during screening.
• Maintain logs of screening activity and incidents as required.
• Be able to obtain required state licensing and pass a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors and team members.
• Screen personnel, visitors, packages, and vehicles at the site.
• Verify access credentials and maintain logs of screening activity.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols to deter unauthorised activity.
