Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Scheduling Clerk to work at a technology campus in Cupertino, CA. The role plans and coordinates internal schedules to deliver top service and coordinates with the Events team for campus events and with the Security Officer Request team for staffed posts.

The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal and communication skills for a fast-paced environment. Pay rate is $30 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have Scheduling experience in a fast pace environment.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have a valid CA Guard Card.

Responsibilities

• Maintain schedules for internal staff and coordinate with Events for campus activities.
• Provide administrative support for field operations and special projects.
• Ensure mileage reimbursements are accurate.
• Staff over 500 employees with a team of schedulers.
