Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of customer service, scheduling experience, access/badging experience and strong computer skills.
• Must have a valid CA Guard Card.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records to establish accurate billing and processing information.
• Coordinate work schedules and provide administrative support for field operations and special projects.
• Responsible for ensuring mileage reimbursements are accurate.
• Work with a team of schedulers to staff over 500 employees.
