Job summary

Associated Bank is seeking a Branch Security Officer to manage security across assigned locations. You will greet visitors, monitor entrances, and coordinate safety efforts with other colleagues to maintain a secure environment.

You will perform security checks, operate surveillance and alarm systems, and assist in emergency drills. A background in security or law enforcement and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• 2–4 years security or law enforcement preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to lawfully drive self.

Responsibilities

• Identify, screen, and register visitors and personnel entering the building.
• Maintain lobby presence and greet visitors at branches.
• Conduct security checks and monitor surroundings; respond to incidents.
• Maintain guard post; operate surveillance and alarm systems.
• Coordinate building security and location needs as Office Security Coordinator.
• Perform routine system reviews and submit service tickets for repairs.
• Support emergency readiness with training and annual evacuation drills.
• Capture photos and assist with photo ID/access procedures.
