Job summary

Hoxhunt in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to help customers get the most out of the platform and to keep performance smooth so teams strengthen security awareness and resilient behaviors.

You’ll provide technical support via email and troubleshooting calls, focusing on product support for our platform, and you will be the first US-based contact for customers, resolving issues with ownership and autonomy in a fast-paced SaaS cybersecurity environment.

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in technical support (Tier 2).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication to technical and non-technical audiences.
Able to take ownership and operate autonomously.
Experience with email tech and identity providers preferred.
SaaS or cybersecurity industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support via email and troubleshooting calls, focusing on product support for our platform and email technologies (M365, Google Workspace) and identity provider services (Microsoft Entra, Okta).
Be the first point of contact for US-based customers, resolving technical issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with global teams, sharing insights and contributing to process and product improvements.
Troubleshoot complex issues, suggest solutions, and ensure smooth product functionality.
