Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Security Manager for Caprock Workforce Community in Caprock (Mobeetie, TX). You will lead security programs, oversee vendors, manage incidents, and drive safety culture onsite in a large residential workforce housing environment.

You will coordinate risk controls, investigations, and emergency response while coaching leaders and maintaining compliance with Aramark standards. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (Criminal Justice, Business, or related field preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in security management, risk management, or related fields.
• Experience managing third-party security vendors in large-scale settings.
• Strong incident investigation, access control, and corrective action knowledge.
• OSHA certification preferred (or ability to obtain).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Coaching, influencing, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contracted security providers, ensuring consistent, professional coverage.
• Monitor compliance with contracts, post orders, incident reporting, and escalation.
• Lead investigations and coordinate with HR and leadership.
• Ensure alignment between security operations and resident experience.
• Lead risk control programs and conduct security walks of facilities.
• Enforce safety commitments and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate with safety, emergency response, and regulatory inspections.
• Provide security and emergency response training for managers and employees.
• Act as a trusted security advisor within the Caprock community.
