Qualifications

• Progressive experience in security operations, law enforcement, physical security, corporate security, hospitality security, loss prevention, or related fields.
• Experience as a Security Manager or similar leadership role is strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting large-scale, 24/7 residential or campus environments is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall security program for a large-scale, 24/7 residential workforce community, with responsibility for resident, employee, visitor, and property safety.
• Manage the day-to-day relationship with the third-party security provider and ensure contract services meet staffing, performance, and training expectations.
• Establish and maintain security procedures for access control, visitor management, patrols, incident response, and resident safety.
• Monitor staffing and deployment to ensure coverage across housing, dining, recreation, parking, and common areas.
• Partner with site leaders to identify risks and implement preventive measures.
• Lead investigations involving security incidents, policy violations, theft, or unauthorized access.
• Develop emergency security procedures and coordinate with local emergency services.
• Monitor incident reports and security data to identify trends and improve the program.
• Conduct regular site walks to identify security risks and vulnerabilities.
• Ensure vendors and personnel understand site expectations and emergency protocols.
• Support security technology and systems including access control, surveillance, alarms, and badging.
