Job summary

Aramark Corporation is seeking a Security Manager for the Caprock Workforce Community in Caprock, TX. The role leads security programs, oversees vendors, conducts incident investigations, and enforces a strong safety culture in a large-scale workforce housing environment.

The candidate will work onsite, coordinate with Operations, Facilities, HR, and community leadership, and drive risk reduction through proactive security measures and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (Criminal Justice, Business, or related field preferred).
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in security management, risk management, or related fields.
• Experience managing third-party security vendors, preferably in large-scale facilities or residential communities.
• Strong working knowledge of incident investigation, access control, and corrective action processes.
• OSHA certification preferred (or ability to obtain).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; coaching and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contracted security providers and ensure professional coverage.
• Monitor contract compliance, post orders, incident reporting, and escalation protocols.
• Lead security incident investigations with HR and leadership.
• Ensure alignment between security operations and resident experience.
