This full-time security leadership opportunity is designed for an experienced Security Manager, Security Operations Manager, Safety and Security Manager, Corporate Security Manager, Loss Prevention Manager, or hospitality security leader who has supported a large property, residential environment, hotel, resort, campus, or other complex 24/7 operation.

The Security Manager will have overall responsibility for ensuring appropriate security programs, procedures, and protocols are in place to protect residents, employees, visitors, property, and operations. This individual will partner directly with a third-party security provider, providing oversight and ensuring contract security personnel are properly deployed, trained, and operating in accordance with established expectations.

This is a highly visible leadership role within a residential community where people live, dine, work, and gather on site. The Security Manager will oversee access control, patrol standards, incident response, emergency procedures, security investigations, resident safety, vendor performance, and coordination with site leadership and local emergency services.

The successful candidate will bring strong operational judgment, vendor management experience, and a hospitality-focused approach to security. We are looking for someone who understands that an effective security program must create a safe environment while also maintaining a professional, welcoming experience for residents and guests.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the overall security program for a large-scale, 24/7 residential workforce community, with responsibility for resident, employee, visitor, and property safety.
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with the third-party security provider and ensure contract security services meet established staffing, performance, training, and service expectations.
  • Establish and maintain security procedures for access control, visitor management, patrols, incident response, resident safety, and protection of buildings and property.
  • Monitor security staffing and deployment to ensure appropriate coverage across housing, dining, recreation, parking, common areas, entrances, and other areas of the community.
  • Partner with Safety, Facilities, Guest Services, Human Resources, Operations, and other site leaders to identify risks and implement appropriate preventive measures.
  • Lead or coordinate investigations involving security incidents, policy violations, theft, property damage, unauthorized access, disturbances, or other concerns.
  • Develop emergency security procedures and coordinate response activities with site leadership, medical providers, local law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency services as appropriate.
  • Monitor incident reports, security activity, patrol documentation, access records, and other data to identify trends and opportunities to strengthen the security program.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and site walks to identify physical security risks, access concerns, lighting issues, or other vulnerabilities.
  • Ensure security vendors and personnel understand site expectations, resident service standards, emergency protocols, escalation procedures, and applicable policies.
  • Support security technology and systems including access control, surveillance cameras, alarms, badging, and other physical security tools as applicable.
  • Create a professional security culture focused on prevention, preparedness, accountability, discretion, and a positive resident experience.

At Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and our customers. In order to meet our commitments, job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice.

Qualifications
