Cross Companies is seeking a Director-level leader to oversee Security, Risk and Compliance, with a potential path to CISO. You will integrate privacy, cybersecurity, and compliance across ISP/MSP/cloud/data center operations, partnering with IT, Network Operations, Sales, HR and Finance.

You will lead governance, audits, and incident response, while driving a culture of compliance and risk awareness. A senior leader with strong communication and executive presence is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of governance, risk management, compliance, cybersecurity, auditing, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years in a management role.

Responsabilités

• Oversee cybersecurity risk management and regulatory compliance programs.
• Lead audits and regulatory compliance programs.
• Coordinate security audits, penetration testing, vulnerability assessments.
• Develop and maintain corporate compliance policies and standards.
• Lead compliance training and security awareness initiatives.
• Manage data privacy and governance.
• Risk management and third-party/vendor risk programs.
