Job summary

GardaWorld is seeking a Concierge Security Officer in Reno, NV. You will deliver exceptional customer service to guests at office towers, hotels, and shopping centers, while patrolling and reporting on-site activity.

Responsibilities include deterrence of threats, rapid responses, and strict adherence to procedures. Requires U.S. work authorization, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid Driver's License.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S. and 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or GED required; CPR/First Aid within 7 days of offer.
• 1 year Security/Military/Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
• Ability to read/write detailed reports and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service as a top priority.
• Observe, survey, and report activity at the location.
• Perform patrols on foot and by vehicle to deter incidents.
• Enforce procedures, regulations, and standards for safety.

As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

• Set schedule: 24-hour work week.
• Shift: Day/Swing Mix: 11am to 7pm: Sunday/1pm to 9pm: Monday & Tuesday.

Responsibilities Of a Concierge Security Guard

• Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
• You are a great Team player!
• You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
• You present a physical deterrent by performing Patrols on foot and by vehicle.
• You limit vagrancy, theft, vandalism, or threats for a safe experience.
• You provide rapid response in critical situations.
• You’re good with reading and writing detailed reports.
• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
• You can operate and maintain vehicle and other assigned equipment safely.

Qualifications For Concierge Security Guard

• You are authorized to work in the U.S.
• You have a high school education or equivalent (GED) in hand.
• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have a valid Driver's License.
• If you have 1 year Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience; even better!
• You have a valid PILB in hand.
• You have superior people skills.
• You have or can obtain CPR/AED/First Aid Certification within 7 days of an offer.
