GardaWorld Security Services in Fernley, NV is hiring a Concierge Security Officer dedicated to exceptional customer service. You will greet visitors, monitor access, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

This swing shift runs 3pm–11pm, Monday–Friday. The position offers $19.50 per hour, a comprehensive benefits package, 401(k) with employer matching, paid holidays, and uniform provided.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid PILB license.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 1 year of security experience; law enforcement or military experience a plus.
• Strong work ethic and excellent people skills.

Responsibilities

• Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
• You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
• You provide rapid response in critical situations.
• You’re good with reading and writing detailed reports.
• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
• You provide critical access control and order in Lobby area by checking credentials of employees, vendors, customers, and other visitors; keep area clear of foot traffic and prevent hazards.

As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Responsibilities Of a Concierge Security Guard

Qualifications For Concierge Security Guard

• You are authorized to work in the US.
• You have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) in hand.
• You have a valid PILB in hand.
• You have a valid driver's license.
• You have superior people skills.
• You are comfortable using computers, laptops, CCTV, and other electronic tools.
• You have 1 year of Security experience. If you have Law Enforcement or Military experience - even better!
• You have strong work ethic!
