• Monitor and maintain project profitability through diligent financial management and resource allocation.

• Oversee quality control and safety protocols for all customer-related work.
• Act as primary company liaison with customer representatives and stakeholders.
• Participate in the bid process and assist in developing competitive proposals.
• Define project scopes, create detailed task lists, and manage projects to turnover.
• Implement process improvements to enhance account management and efficiency.
• Coordinate staffing, materials, and vendor relationships for multiple projects.
