Evolution (Electronic Security Systems) Ltd is seeking a proactive Project Manager to oversee multiple electronic security installation projects from planning through handover. You will coordinate installation teams and subcontractors while maintaining safety, budget, and quality standards.

In this role you will work closely with customers, engineers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years Project Management experience.
• Strong working knowledge of electronic security systems: Gallagher, Software House, Genea and Genetec.
• Competent to generate and understand a program of works with Microsoft Project.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 suite, Visio and job costing packages.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from award through to completion and client handover.
• Develop project plans, programmes of work, and installation schedules.
• Review project specifications, contracts, and technical requirements.
• Liaise with customers, sales teams, and technical stakeholders to resolve queries.
• Coordinate installation engineers and subcontractors to complete works safely.
• Monitor progress and profitability; implement corrective actions.
• Provide regular updates on project status and milestones to stakeholders.
• Organise commissioning activities, customer training, and final documentation.
• Ensure handover documentation, certificates, and records are issued on time.
• Support invoicing and financial reporting through project tracking.
• Maintain health and safety compliance and quality procedures.
• Participate in project review meetings with clear progress updates.
