Job summary

Wake County General Services seeks an Administrative Manager – Security Projects Manager for the Safety and Security Division to lead and coordinate multiple electronic security system projects. The role will prepare bid documentation and handle contract administration throughout the project and warranty periods.

Ideal candidates bring strong security project management experience, CPTED knowledge, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Adobe, Maximo, and FM Systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three years of job-related experience required.
• Equivalent education and experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple electronic security system projects.
• Prepare bid documentation and manage contracts through project and warranty periods.
• Evaluate and advise on existing and emerging security systems, equipment, infrastructure, and networks.
• Monitor compliance with performance standards in security service contracts.
• Oversee inventory and update as-built drawings for security systems across County facilities.
