Job summary

i2G Systems is seeking a Security Project Manager to lead a team of technicians and subcontractors in North Carolina. The role oversees multiple electronic security projects, coordinating with engineering, sales, and operations to meet stakeholder expectations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in electronic security, strong communication, and experience with access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems. PMP certifications are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with electronic security systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders.
• Experience overseeing subcontractors and ensuring quality and schedule adherence.
• Proficient with scheduling and drawing interpretation for security projects.
• Background in Lenel, Axis, Verint or related platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians and subcontractors on NC security installations.
• Coordinate project scope, schedule, and budget with engineering, sales, and field staff.
• Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Read security drawings and manage integration of access control, CCTV, and IDS.
• Maintain inventory, redlines, and project documentation; support proposals as needed.
