Cochran in Seattle, WA is seeking a Project Manager for our Security Services construction group. You will coordinate security-related service work and small-to-mid-sized projects, bridging design, service, and project execution to ensure clear scope and excellent client service.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years of experience with physical security systems, enjoy cross-functional collaboration, and can manage scheduling, documentation, and cost tracking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years experience supporting security systems or technical service operations.
• Strong knowledge of physical security systems and components.
• Ability to read technical drawings and service documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate security-related service work and small-to-mid-sized projects.
• Support design-build and service-driven project execution for access control and video surveillance.
• Review scopes, tickets, and project docs for accuracy and alignment with client expectations.
• Coordinate scheduling of technicians, subcontractors, and material procurement.
• Assist with submittals, shop drawings, and as-built documentation.
