Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Security Project Specialist to lead install, programming, startup and certification on Fire, Security and Building Automation projects for enterprise customers, managing projects from kickoff to completion on time and within budget.

Requirements include 5+ years of hands-on experience with electronic security or fire alarm systems, and certifications in Genetec, Lenel, Brivo, DMP, Avigilon, Verkada or ESTOSH A10/OSHA 30; a college degree or equivalent is expected.

Insight Global is seeking a Security Project Specialist to join one of our top security clients. The work authorization is not specified and the salary range is$83,00-$104,000. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, programming, system start-up/check-out, certification, and related customer training on assigned Fire, Security, and/or Building Automation projects including small to large projects that vary in complexity. Also delivers assigned projects effectively and within budgeted cost and time schedules. Acts as key interface for technical support with the customer and maximizes customer satisfaction. May mentor less experienced staff.

Skills and Requirements

College degree, trade school or equivalent experience5+ years' experience installing and programming electronic security and/or fire alarm & life safety systems for enterprise-level customersCertifications in at least one of the following systems: Genetec, Lenel, Brivo, DMP, Avigilon, Verkada, and ESTOSHA 10 or OSHA 30Strong technical skills and experience related to building automation systems, fire alarm systems, and/or electronic security systems; may adapt procedures, processes, tools to meet the more complex requirements of the job.
