Job summary

SHINE Systems seeks a Security Project Manager to support an Intelligence Community customer. You will assist the PMO with security project management, construction security management, and security requirements development, coordinating with construction contractors and conducting field inspections.

The role requires day-to-day owner representation, stakeholder engagement, and reporting for the PMO. Strong skills in construction drawings and security practices are essential.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
• Associate’s degree and 7+ years of experience managing complex projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Microsoft Project.
• Proficiency with developing project management plans and leading multi-discipline teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the alternate contact for security matters on MILCON program.
• Assist in overseeing construction security operations.
• Develop, modify, and store Construction Security Plans (CSP).
• Coordinate security changes with SEC and MILCON leadership.
• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and provide security guidance.
