Job summary

Patriot Group International LLC. is seeking a Security Project Manager (Contractor) in the South Bend, IN area for a 36-month engagement. The role oversees design and installation of physical security systems, including access control, surveillance, barriers, and related facilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management, construction management, or related military experience.
• Familiar with project management, design, and construction software.
• Proficient understanding of construction plans and drawings for architectural, mechanical, electrical, civil, and telecom.
• Ability to learn complex security systems quickly.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.
• Occasional travel within a 50-mile radius of the site.
• U.S. Citizen; able to pass drug screen and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead physical security projects for data centers and expansions.
• Manage project lifecycle, including specs, drawings, code compliance, vendor mgmt, budget, and close-out.
• Oversee contract execution, QA/QC, and support processes.
• Act as SME for security design and installation contracts.
• Provide weekly updates to the Security Program Manager Team Lead.
