Responsibilities

• Oversee scope analysis and design reviews for security projects.
• Perform project analyses and high-level risk assessments.
• Review contractor submittals to ensure compliance with LIRR security guidelines and safety requirements.
• Develop Security System Testing Plans and certify testing activities.
• Develop, direct, and implement the Office of Security's capital program and related documentation.
• Coordinate with 0MB, SI, and LIRR DPM and liaise with stakeholders to meet security needs.
