Job summary

Patriot Group International LLC. seeks a Security Program Manager (Contractor) in Sidney, OH. You’ll oversee physical security design and installation for data centers, manage multiple projects, and coordinate with customer teams to ensure readiness.

This on-site role includes occasional remote work and requires Top Secret clearance. Minimum 5+ years in PM/construction mgmt, travel within 50 miles, and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project/construction management or equivalent military experience.
• Familiar with project management, design, and construction software.
• Proficient understanding of construction plans and drawings for various trades.
• Ability to quickly learn complex systems and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead physical security design and system installation for data centers and expansions.
• Manage lifecycle: specifications, drawings, code compliance, vendor mgmt, budget, changes, close-out.
• Oversee contract execution, QA/QC, and support processes.
• Represent security team for acceptance, readiness, and sign-off with customers.
• Report metrics on installation performance and program analysis.
• Collaborate across teams to drive security projects and provide weekly updates.
• Handle additional duties as required.
