Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer to serve clients across Healthcare, Education, Finance and more. Use our shift-pickup platform to view and claim open shifts based on your availability, gaining site experience across industries.

Pay rate is $18.50 per hour. A valid driver's license and security experience of 1 year or more are required, though some roles may accept no prior experience. This position may require irregular shifts with little notice.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Background check will be performed as per federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen may be required.
• Be at least 18 years old (21 if armed).

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Monitor for irregular or unusual conditions and safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or contact police/fire department as needed.
• Manage access and monitor entrances/exits.
• Investigate incidents and maintain written reports.
