Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer to serve and safeguard clients in healthcare, education, finance and more. You’ll use our shift-pickup platform to view and claim shifts based on your availability, building site experience across multiple industries. This role offers growth opportunities in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Pay rate is $21.65 per hour. A high school diploma or 5 years of verifiable experience is required, with licensing per state.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws and may be required.
• Must be at least 18 years old (or 21 if armed in some states).
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Valid driver’s license if operating company or customer vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions and report them.
• Sound alarms or call authorities in emergencies.
• Monitor entrances and exits and verify authorized access.
• Prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous manner.
• Make emergency notifications as required by site orders.
