Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer to serve and safeguard clients across Healthcare, Education, Finance, and more. You will use our shift-pickup platform to view open shifts and build a schedule that fits your availability, gaining site experience across industries.

The role offers flexible scheduling, hands-on security experience, and opportunities for growth. Must have a CA Guard Card and a valid CA driver's license; open availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a current CA Guard Card with training certificates.
• Must have a valid CA driver’s license with a clean driving record for more than 1 year.
• Must have open availability.
• High school diploma or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or unauthorized presence.
• Warn violators of rule infractions such as loitering or prohibited articles.
• Monitor entrances and exits and permit authorized persons to enter property.
• Observe departing personnel to protect company property and ensure proper removal of property.
