Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer in Fremont, CA, to join our FLEX program offering part-time overnight shifts. You will patrol sites, monitor entrances, and respond to incidents using our shift-pickup platform to shape your schedule around availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background check and drug screen will be conducted as a condition of employment.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a company or customer vehicle.
• No prior experience required.
• Be at least 18 years of age (21 for armed positions).
• Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments.
• Ability to operate radio or console equipment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and public interaction.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Active listening and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Monitor for irregular conditions and safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or contact police/fire as needed.
• Warn violators of infractions and manage access control.
• Permit authorized entry and monitor entrances/exits.
• Observe departing personnel to protect property.
• Investigate incidents and prepare written reports.
