Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer in California. Earn $21.49 per hour and gain hands-on experience across Healthcare, Education, and Finance environments. You’ll pick up shifts via our platform, enabling flexible scheduling while building site experience and a path to growth.

Must have all training certificates and an active California Guard Card. Open availability across all days and shifts helps you secure assignments and advance within the company.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Licensing may be required by state or local law.
• Valid driver's license if operating company or customer vehicles.
• Background check and drug screen per applicable laws.
• No prior security experience required.
• Must be at least 18 (21 if armed).
• Demonstrates reliability, adaptability to posts, and strong communication.
• Ability to operate radio/console equipment and interact with the public.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols on foot or in vehicle.
• Monitor for irregular or unsafe conditions and hazards.
• Sound alarms or notify police/fire as needed.
• Warn violators and control access to property.
• Observe personnel and protect company assets at client sites.
• Investigate incidents and prepare written reports.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors courteously.
• Make emergency notifications per site orders.
