Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer in Milpitas. You will serve and safeguard clients across healthcare, education, finance, and more, using our exclusive shift-pickup platform to view and claim shifts based on your availability, gaining site experience across industries.

The role may require irregular shifts with little notice, offering hands-on growth and opportunities to supplement income. Pay is $24.00/hr with potential for growth.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company or customer-owned vehicle
• Background check and drug screen as a condition of employment
• 18+ years of age (21 if armed)

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols on foot or in vehicle
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions
• Sound alarms or summon authorities when needed
• Control access to property and monitor entrances/exits
• Prepare reports on incidents and maintain logs
• Aid customers, employees, and visitors professionally
• Make emergency notifications as required
