Safety Starts Here: Hiring Phenomenal Experienced Security Officers Now!

Position Type: Flex

Pay rate: USD $25.00 per hour

Location: San Carlos, CA

Schedule: Sun Flex, Mon Flex, Tue Flex, Wed Flex, Thu Flex, Fri Flex, Sat Flex

As a Security Guard, you will serve and safeguard clients in various industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Security experience.
• Valid CA Guard Card.
• Must meet Allied Universal grooming standards, including maintaining a professional appearance, concealing tattoos, removing facial piercings during work hours.
• At least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background check and drug screening as per legal requirements.
• State/local licensing requirements may apply.
• Valid driver’s license for driving positions.
