• Must have Active CA Guard Card and 1+ Year Security Experience.
• Must work well in a team setting. Availability and willingness to cross train.
• Prior access control experience. Technologically proficient. Customer service experience.

Role Description

The Security Flex Officer is responsible for the safety and security of the facilities they protect. They act as a visible deterrent to crime, detect and report suspicious or criminal acts, and ensure the safety of property, clients, guests, and employees.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Licensing requirements vary by state and may be required prior to employment.
• Driving positions require a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to operate a vehicle safely.
• Must complete a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to work at multiple locations, handle crisis situations, and work in various environments.
